Delivery

We currently deliver across India. Standard shipping is completely free on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote locations may take a little longer.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays & Lost Orders

Occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@dhwara.in.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Dhwara is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipping a returned order may involve additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We'll review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
